- add patch fix_soversion.patch
- add package libmediastreamer2-11 containing libmediastreamer2.so.11
* do no pack such library in package mediastreamer2-devel
otherwise when installing linphone-desktop a bunch of unnecessary
devel packages get installed as well

Nope... Bug was fixed, package build fine again
