why -locale ? All packages in the distro use %lang_package which in turn creates a -lang package.
I don't see a reason to deviate from that naming convention here (as there is no main package, the lib%{name}13 mus provide %{name} to make the generated -lang package installable

I believe this is misunderstanding. There is a
/usr/bin/fswatch
installed byfswatch
package. The installation of built packages worked well.ah - indeed; that was a mis-understanging; and I thought you'd avoided the %lang_package macro as it creates a dep on
%{name} = %{version}
; sorry for thatwhy locale package and not just use %lang_pack?
