- Actually drop fix-shebang.patch: the last change replaced the patch usage with sed, but the patch was not actually removed from the package. This in turn blocked submissions to Factory. - Set services to "manual": nothing worse than services running uncontrolled.

Script to check for certificate expiration. More upt to date version than monitoring-plugins-ssl-cert-check. Furthermore it is not limited to be invoked as monitoring-plugin in the context of Nagios/Icinga2, but can also be used in a standalone fashion, so re-naming it accordingly seems to make sense to me.
