Doxygen is a documentation system for C++, C, Java, Objective-C, IDL (Corba and Microsoft flavors), Python and to some extent PHP, C# and D.
It can generate an online class browser (in HTML) and an offline reference manual (in LaTeX) from a set of documented source files. The documentation is extracted directly from the sources.
HTMLDOC converts HTML source files into indexed HTML, PostScript, or
Portable Document Format (PDF) files that can be viewed online or
printed.
tlve is a command-line tool to parse different tlv (tag-length-value) structures and for printing them in different text-based formats.
tlve is meant for processing tlv files in server environments.

dotconf is a simple-to-use and powerful configuration-file parser
library written in C. The configuration files created for dotconf
look very similar to those used by the Apache Webserver. Even
Container-Directives known from httpd.conf can easily be used in the
exact same manner as for Apache-Modules. It supports various types of
arguments, dynamically loadable modules that create their own
configuration options on-the-fly, a here-documents feature to pass
very long ARG_STR data to your app, and on-the-fly inclusion of
additional config files.
eSpeak is a compact open source software speech synthesizer for English
and other languages
MCPP is an alternative C/C++ preprocessor with the highest conformance.
It supports multiple standards: K&R, ISO C90, ISO C99, and ISO C++98.
MCPP is especially useful for debugging a source program which uses
complicated macros and also useful for checking portability of a source.
Though mcpp could be built as a replacement of GCC's resident
proprocessor or as a stand-alone program without using library build of
mcpp, this package installs only a program named 'mcpp' which links
shared library of mcpp and behaves independent from GCC.
speech-dispatcher is able to manage different TTS-systems like
espeak, festival, ibmtts
speech-dispatcher provides a genereic interface
to control TTS-systems
Packages related to scientific applications/libraries, and OpenFOAM in particular.
ParMETIS is an MPI-based parallel library that implements a variety of
algorithms for partitioning unstructured graphs, meshes, and for computing
fill-reducing orderings of sparse matrices.
ParMETIS extends the functionality provided by METIS and includes routines that
are especially suited for parallel AMR computations and large scale numerical
simulations.
The algorithms implemented in ParMETIS are based on the parallel multilevel
k-way graph-partitioning, adaptive repartitioning, and parallel
multi-constrained partitioning schemes developed in our lab.
Plugin packages for osc, the command-line client for the openSUSE Build Service
An osc (openSUSE Build Service CLI client) plugin that applies some crude heuristics to select and display a build failure log

iplist is a list based packet handler which uses the netfilter netlink-queue library (kernel 2.6.14 or later). It filters by IP-address and is optimized for thousands of IP-address ranges.
Jailkit is a set of utilities to limit user accounts to specific files using chroot() and or specific commands. Setting up a chroot shell, a shell limited to some specific command, or a daemon inside a chroot jail is a lot easier and can be automated using these utilities.
Jailkit is used in network security appliances from several well known manufacturers, internet servers from several large enterprise organisations, servers from internet service providers, as well as many smaller companies and private users that need to secure cvs, sftp, shell or daemon processes.
libnetfilter_queue is a userspace library providing an API to packets that have been queued by the kernel packet filter. It is is part of a system that deprecates the old ip_queue / libipq mechanism.
libnetfilter_queue has been previously known as libnfnetlink_queue.
libnfnetlink is the low-level library for netfilter related kernel/userspace communication. It provides a generic messaging infrastructure for in-kernel netfilter subsystems (such as nfnetlink_log, nfnetlink_queue, nfnetlink_conntrack) and their respective users and/or management tools in userspace.
This library is not meant as a public API for application developers. It is only used by other netfilter.org projects, such as libnetfilter_log, libnetfilter_queue or libnetfilter_conntrack.
pssh provides parallel versions of the OpenSSH tools that are useful for
controlling large numbers of machines simultaneously. It includes parallel
versions of ssh, scp, and rsync, as well as a parallel kill command.
Swing Layout Extensions goal is to make it easy to create professional cross platform layouts with Swing. This project has an eye towards the needs of GUI builders, such as NetBeans.
