* Fix possible double define of HAVE_UNLOCKED_IOCTL
(fixing a build issue on some architectures)
* kernel: Handle removal of genhd.h from linux includes.
* Clean up the kernel Makefile.
This removed the patch (no longer needed):
mhvtl-fix-removal-of-genhd-h.patch
Also, updated SPEC file to avoid building s390x
