Args ... that looks like a script error as this should be, e.g.

Suggests: texlive-usebib-doc

and not

Requires: texlive-Suggests: texlive-usebib-doc

that should not be prefixed by Requires: texlive- ... was the fix for boo#1197367

... fixed perl script is running ... will take a while

Hmmm .... the subpackage texlive-dtk from texlive-specs-g.spec does have the tag

Provides:       tex(dtk-logos.sty)

as well as in the file list
