- Update to version 1.14.1:
+ Update appdata file.
+ on_new_textfile_ok: Add trailing separator at the URI path of
current directory.
+ Remove deprecated linking of python library, which was not
working at all.
+ Remove deprecated linking of GnomeVFS library, which was not
working at all.
+ Remove chmlib configuration option.
+ Updated translations.
- Add conditional gcc11 and gcc11-c++ BuildRequires + export: Fix
build for 15.4.
- Drop gnome-commander-doc sub-package, and fold files into main
package, add Provides and Obsoletes, as well as drop no longer
needed Recommends. Helpfiles should be available in main package.

The doc split was done for

gnome-commander-lang.noarch: W: package-with-huge-docs 56% More than half the size of your package is documentation. Consider splitting it into a -doc subpackage.

originally it was against the main package IIRC - that no longer shows, so we should be fine
