root.tar.gz seems to have significantly changed it's layout (/local/bin/entrypoint.sh has been deleted and replaced with a /usr/local/bin/entrypoint.sh)

This hinders comparing the changes.

Also if a change is to fix a 'bug' (which the changelog suggests), then we really should have a bug reference in the changelog entry
