Hmm, I don't think it's good to modify the existing past changelog entry as if doing something different. You've added as if the patch were dropped at that submission, but it wasn't present in reality in TW packages.

I guess that the only purpose of the ghost entry is to assure the bugzilla reference, etc, for SLE, right? If so, I'd suggest just to add a bugzilla reference to the entry for 1.0.5 -> 1.0.10 update, instead.

Yes, SLE needs both the bug reference and the patch name. I submitted another one at sr#919024 trying to make a better balance.
