All the bugs seems related to a single issue. Can we instead revert the change instead of rolling back to 3.1.13?
That was my initial hope, but due to https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-95639 that's not working either.

The devel project shouldn't be impacted by reverts in the distro
