Hmm, that's weird. I've downloaded the package and tried to install it locally, and it worked fine:
but that tries to install libsrtp2-linphone1 not libsrtp2-linphone1-32bit for some reason
ah right, good catch :) Any idea what could be the issue here? It seems that 32bit packages are not being built for the library (https://build.opensuse.org/package/binaries/network:telephony/libsrtp2-linphone/openSUSE_Factory), while they are being built for mediastreamer2 (https://build.opensuse.org/package/binaries/network:telephony/mediastreamer2/openSUSE_Factory). I can't spot any config difference in those two packages...
