- added webpage for source tarballs to specfile
- Throw out ancient specfile constructs like BuildRoot and
defattr that have had proper defaults for long. Use more of the
contemporary macros, and drop all the nonstandard CFLAGS/LDFLAGS,
drop the unconditional strip calls.
