After installation, man-db will never run again, because (a) the state from the old mandb was not carried over to man-db, (b) and the preset for the new man-db says it is disabled by default.
You mean the timer I guess ... maybe an Alias=mandb.timer might help
And the preset has to be changed to add man-db.timer as well
AT least waiting for the preset for mandb.timer to show up in the branding package
