@dimstar how should I fix this conflict? The subpackage was previously submitted with an incorrect version number and name.
If the package is being renamed, then https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Package_dependencies#Renaming_a_package applies
By the way: also document changes in the changelog; the fact that there is no additional entry would be further reason to decline it
