Thanks for the submission! I just tested the package and there are a couple of items that can't be loaded from jEdit help, like README.txt, CHANGES.txt, TODO.txt, COPYING.txt, COPYING.DOC.txt, Apache.LICENSE.txt, COPYING.PLUGINS.txt...

Also, I think these files should be packaged into the javadoc rpm and we should force it to be installed together with the main package. From your modification, you just added them to the main package. Other idea would be to get rid of the javadoc package and just have the main one...
