@adrianSuSE Did you test this with some real Bluetooth device? Does it work with openSUSE Python even though we don’t have AF_BLUETOOTH in the Python’s socket module?
I have to admit that I packaged it just to satisfy dependencies in first place. But I believe it is also used for the miflora devices here from a raspberry Pi plus USB-Bluetooth dongle (not on onboard bluetooth as it does not support LE). not if that one is really using this module though.
@mslacken did the last update though and asked for submission... Christian, did you active used it?
Otherwise I have to check what python-miflora is using here...

I just tested it with the a L..O Boost device and it worked for one laptop and one bt dongle.
