How did the tar.xz change, but the git hash in the _service file did not?
Because the version is different, if you untar them they are equal, but the archives contain different paths (8.00.01 vs 8.00).
This means the package is already at 8.00.01 (c1b0da5a79246d540a2a7adb759b8f842ee62823). Most likely it was either not tagged at this point, or I did not pay attention to the actual tag name.
