The license still field still says:

License:        CHECK(Artistic-1.0 OR GPL-1.0-or-later)

This happens when cpanspec can't find out the license automatically.

Unfortunately the distribution doesn't specify it anywhere, so we should assume Artistic-1.0 OR GPL-1.0-or-later I guess

Unfortunately there is no license information available. https://metacpan.org/pod/EV states "License: Unknown" and neither in the README nor in the source tree are any hints. I've also checked the project homepage but didn't found a single clue.

Just do:

License:        Artistic-1.0 OR GPL-1.0-or-later

(unless someone else knows better what we do in cases of unknown licenses).
