That still looks fishy. If SUSE platforms can do without libcephsqlite requiring sqlite-libs, why would RH suddently need it?
I don't know. I leave it to RH to maintain their stuff. They added it, so they must need it.
I'm discussing with the RH folks now about dropping this line completely.
