Do you actually need the SLE11 building ability? (Because it's broken, at which point it could just be removed altogether.)

108+/var/lib/xfstests sounds very strange to install files to; var is 'variable data'; package content is not supposed to be variable

What is the right place? It's not a typical package and expects the files in one dir, so I don't see how it could be grouped to proper directories (binaries, scripts, test scripts, expected output). The way it could be used is to copy it from /var/lib/xfstests to a work directory and run from there. So it could be anywhere for that purpose, but I don't know which one is that.
