Just a note on version 0.14rc1 would be considered newer than 0.14 - see zyppe vcmp:
zypper vcmp 0.14 0.14rc1
0.14 is older than 0.14rc1
You should use tilde:
zypper vcmp 0.14 0.14~rc1
0.14 is newer than 0.14~rc1
Thanks, I've fixed this and submitted a new request.
FWIW, I first tried "Version: 0.14-rc1" and got a build error, googled the error but did not find any information on how to fix it. So I tried 0.14rc1 and that worked.
