Please review sources

you are replacing a Copyright header from 2009 with one from 2006 and completely remove the license header in the specfile. You also mix up some BuildRequires without any information in the changes file and use deprecated re-definitions like "Prefix: /usr". Including old (initial) changelog entry in the specfile is also not wanted. Please fix.
