Please fill the META information of the OBS package (usually copy summary, description and URL from spec file). This information is copied for new created packages. Also for the other 2 submissions.

Dont't understand this. For some weeks i do exactly the same and you accept it. What should be wrong now?

Go to https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:ecsos:monitoring/perl-ZMQ-Constants and click left on Edit Package. Fill the three fields like here: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:perl/perl-Net-SNMP-Mixin-Dot1dBase

I use "perl class name - spec summary text" as summary test, spec description as description and URL as url.

Sometimes I forget to check the fact if the values exist for new packages because it's not visible in the submit request. I'm no robot, only human.
