Antonio, while generally a good idea, the dependencies aren't fulfilled (for the Leaps at least), are they for SLE?
We do have libxxhash in openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP3/xxhash not sure why it isn't found during build of borgbackup.
The old version of xxhash we have in Backports doesn't have pkgconfig support. So pkgconfig(libxxhash) is not exposed. We would need to pull a fresh version from Factory that is built with pkgconfig.
