No I didnt. That is four test modules that have been de-selected.
Lots of tests have been added to the suite since the last openSUSE package, but they have switched to using docker, so the number of active tests since the last package is slightly reduced from ~136 to ~126.
I dont know where the number 12 has come from. There are packages in d-l-py which have many hundreds de-selected. What matters is how many tests are run, not how many are not run, but of course the goal is to have as many running as possible, which I strive very hard to do.

the number 12 comes from my own head, no real reason :)
And note all of the skipped tests are useless
