Typo: 'Requiresments'
tests need python3-lal
PATH+=xxx is wrong, has to be PATH+=:xxx (note the leading colon). You also typically want to prefix PATH, i.e. PATH="xxx:$PATH"
Thanks, I think the PATH variable isn't needed anyway; will remove it. Will fix the other issues right away.
