What about the sub-package 'vimana'? Not sure how important that is...
As it was not built for some time I think following our perl standard approach is worth loosing a 4 file package.
Technically the subpackage is the cleaner solution thought. We should adapt cpanspec to support them better.

The Open Build Service is an openSUSE project.
