Hi @namtrac , I saw the obsoletes/provides lines were completely removed in revision#24 and revision#25, but they are necessary for making Leap upgrade smoothly. So we need to bring them back to avoid bsc#1173441, bsc#1170420 happened again in Leap 15.3. Can you have a review please?
I'll submit to SLE-15-SP3 when this request is accepted.

NOTE: icewm-config-upstream is currently not installable at all (icewm needs major restructuring of the packaging)
existing problem:
i.e. icewm in combination with icwm-config-upstream is impossible.
This is the quickes fix to get out of the dilemma of boo£1173441 - but it's just a stop-gap measure.
In the mid-term, the packaging needs a complete overhaul (doing proper branding-FOO implementaion)
