Thanks. Next time it would save me time had you mentioned that
this is needed for SLE15 (for instance). I've initially looked
at Factory and wondered what you're trying to fix as there pkgconf
things are installed automatically and hence the pkgconfig provides
are there even without the explicit buildreq.
