The 4.x series no longer supports the python2 so it should contain skip python if you want it to work on leap. Also why are you adding back group keyword that is deprecated?

yes, a skip python2 makes sense. RPMlint was complaining about the missing group tag, So I have added it. Makes sense, does it? And it does not harm....
