Looks like it requires perl-Math-Int64 but that's also not in Factory... hence this submission is unresolvable

Net-AMQP-RabbitMQ-2.40007/LICENSE is a Mozilla Public License..why does the spec say MIT?
I dont know. There is also a "LICENSE-MIT" file - maybe this was the reason. But https://metacpan.org/pod/Net::AMQP::RabbitMQ says definitely "Mozilla 1.1". I will change it.
