There should be no need for an explicit skip of Py2 for tw; the distro is setup to not build for Py2 if singlespec is used
OK, good to know. Does it hurt? It should go into 15.2 as well!
Well, the way you wrote it Leap 15.2 is still with py 2, 15.3 will be without (which I dare to doubt that this will be true)
For TW, it does not hurt - except if somebody would care to branch and rebuild for Py2.
Other than that, it is just a waste of space in the spec file
