No other fixes are included.
Important update information
Drupal 7 includes a bundled version of the pear/archive_tar
project, the included version has been updated from 1.4.5 to
1.4.9 in order to mitigate Drupal core - Critical - Multiple
vulnerabilities - SA-CORE-2019-012
No changes have been made to the .htaccess, web.config,
robots.txt, or default settings.php files in this release, so
upgrading custom versions of those files is not necessary.
