As petr explains the python3 dep is used just in %prep to generate, rest of the submit looks ok, the comment above URL reflect the reason for switch to github tag from the pypi url.
Hi Petr,, thanks for the submit! I see you added python-dephell, which is only python3 - currently pendulum is py2 and 3. Why do we need it suddenly? https://github.com/sdispater/pendulum/issues/453 is not a valid source. can you pls remove it? Thanks!
We need dephell only temporarily until https://github.com/sdispater/pendulum/issues/453 is resolved. github tarball does not contain setup.py, it has to be generated from pyproject.toml by %{dephell_gensetup}. It is called only once in %prep, no matter whether for what favor of python.
As python-dephell is not in Leap, packages fail to build (see: https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/Application:ERP:GNUHealth:Factory )
