Yeah personally I uninstalled the spec cleaner service and just run it manually when I want it.

macro arm64 was accepted to rpm package: https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/787554 and armv7hl is already included in %arm macro

Only the Requires: qemu-ipxe should be necessary now :)

Spec cleaner (or something) is still putting Requires: pattern() = basesystem after some other requires (this could be a service running at a random point depending on your machine)

i don't know how to disable that... I can not change it; so take the change as this, or do the diff needed and do the SR yourself.
