- Update to version 0.3.9
The changes are irrelevant to openSUSE.
I mean I am not against the update, just that it's pointless. That's why I decided to skip it :)
I know, it's purely cosmetic, simply to bump the version number. On the other hand, at least it demonstrates that we track upstream, and that nothing prevents us from shipping that version. So just do it, is my opinion.
