Needs gdcm and civetweb for build. Rename of GDCM3 to gdcm triggered in graphics repo, should be on its way soon
Why do you need a -source subpackage?
Because it was requesed by the reviewer from the graphics-repo.
Originally it was part of the -devel package, as the source is needed by the plugins (see: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:DocB:Orthanc/orthanc-postgresql for example) as well as the rest of the stuff from -devel. The split into two packages /source and devel) is IMO nonsense, but.....see above
