- Fix building mingw64-cross-pkgconf package by adding _multibuild file
the problem is that _multibuild and multiple specs are not allowed in Factory atm (about to be changed). In the meantime the method is using osc linkpac windows:mingw:win64 mingw64-pkgconf windows:mingw:win64 mingw64-cross-pkgconf
