'lamb' are AMD hosts IIRC - the system used is the same (build runs inside a VM which is setup using TW - current state)

i'd really not do that - pkgconf-pkg-config provides pkgconfig (and pkg-config) and is a transparent drop-in replacement.. making the spec file more complex than needed by explicitly requesting the pkgconf variant is useless
