@glaubitz This is great but %post and %postun parts doing the icon cache stuff are unnecessary on Factory. Since I think you only care about TW at this point, just remove them.
Also do you really want to set CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE? Default should be good, also you could do
%define __builder ninja
and add a BuildRequires on ninja, which will enable faster compilation times.
