Please explain the meaning of these copyrights specified in spec-files? It is automatically removed by the spec-cleaner. With this spec-file, the project can only be built in openSUSE, and the current version of openSUSE, and nowhere else. It is logical that there was copyright only openSUSE, despite the fact that this is part of the standard header. To log the contribution of each member, there is a header in the changes-file. And if everyone who refreshed the spec-file will leave his copyright, then he can grow more than one page.
Author of spec file is copyright holder, as mandated by copyright law(s) in muliple countries, as spec file itself is copyrighted work. Such attribution can not be removed. If spec-cleaner removed it, its error on side of spec-cleaner, please report it.
Also as confirmed by @scarabeus_iv spec-cleaner does not remove any copyright references
