* Alphavantage: Removed Time::HiRes dependency due to mswin32
not supporting clock_gettime calls.

Modules-README.yml
* We started moving known failing tests into TODO blocks
* This release is the result of hard work by Bruce Schuck,

For pure_factory it says un-resolvable due to:
nothing provides perl(JSON::Parse), nothing provides perl(String::Util)
Note that these dependencies are required by the package. Should that be a problem for pure_factory?
it means those modules need to be send to openSUSE:Factory together with that update
