If there is no stable ABI guarantee, then libKPimGAPICore5 should be built with everchanging symvers (see for example libzrtpcpp.spec for echo V_%version... >version.map). Then one does not need %requires_eq in every other specfile.

It's usually not a problem though, as all other things that use it are released together with it, i.e. get updated at the same time. kio-gdrive is the exception here.
