Why is this needed in %post? The directly should come into existence if and when DaemonSets does its thing, would it not?
Since /opt is not part of the root subvolume and we are using transactional-update to install packages, you cannot put it into the filelist. And as you mount this directory into the container, you cannot create the directory inside the container ...
