found conflict of python3-rstcheck-3.3.1-2.1.noarch with rstcheck-3.1-1.4.noarch:
  - /usr/bin/rstcheck
  - /usr/lib/python3.7/site-packages/rstcheck.py
  - /usr/lib/python3.7/site-packages/__pycache__/rstcheck.cpython-37.pyc

Seems we already have this package - if you want to rename it, you need to have Provides/Obsoletes in place
