Something is strange with this. I only cloned from games/allegro and added things. I have no idea where some stuff is removed.
Issue was introduced into games/allegro about here:

someone needs to get the allegro mess in order: there is a games/allegro5 that looks like it was once meant to be the follow-up to alleg4.
There is no reason to have the current version called NAMEVERSION, so this was tried, but this packages has a different base then the allegro4 package.
All I'm asking is that the changelog not be truncated like that. Sell 5.2.4 - whatever we have right now - as an update to 4.4.2 to the reader, not as a complete replacement.
And of course, a DR for alleg5.
I'm new to maintaing games repo. I just saw that https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/games/allegro mentioned "Devel package for openSUSE:Factory" so I figured this is it, and didn't even look for more allegro packages.
It's a miss indeed. And I think this should all be cleared up. One of it should be deleted in favour of the other.
@jengelh Is allegro and allegro5 both in Factory like the UI suggests (mentioned above) ?
I don't really use the webui.
osc ls openSUSE:Factory | grep -i allegro allegro allegro5 osc ls openSUSE:Factory/allegro ... allegro-4.4.2 ... osc ls openSUSE:Factory/allegro5 ... allegro-5.2.4.0 ...

@susnux proposal to just remove baselibs.conf
Checked that, seems ok!
