If anyone is wondering why the source package is needed. Bazel-rules-go is a set of modules and configuration files with the whole hierarchy and Bazel needs the whole tree to be able to use them. Unfortunately, I cannot use just parts of the source tree selectively. That's why I decided to provide the source package instead of installing stuff in /usr/share.
