Mostly okay, just please drop the devel buildrequire it is needed only when something is being compiled.
Also from what I can see it has few requirements on runtime:

I noticed that python-pure-sasl package in openSUSE requires python-pykerberos, which is unmaintained fork of python-kerberos. I submitted a separate SR for switching to python-kerberos. Please take a look.
