Hmm actually the "Url" is bullshit. I tried finding a better one, but failed https://metacpan.org/release/MUIR/Time-modules-2011.0517 says latest release is https://metacpan.org/release/Time-modules , but this is broken. I didn't find a link to the 2013 version.

Any better suggestions? If not please at least use "https" for the link.

Also the changelog misses a "f" in for Moscow.

Thank you for the review. The project actually looks a bit abandoned. I didn't check the URL but is broken but maybe we should leave their repo as the URL in the spec file:

https://cpan.metacpan.org/authors/id/M/MU/MUIR/modules/

Or just the newer version:

https://metacpan.org/release/MUIR/Time-modules-2013.0912

Your second link should be the right place for the project instead of labeling it by the version. Anyhow, this version is just a minor correction and the changelog is full of erratas.

Hah, the "https://metacpan.org/release/MUIR/Time-modules-2013.0912" wasn't there yesterday. Or I didn't find it. I tried calling it by URL though (maybe I made a typo :-)

I'd choose this. Not optimal but the best available currently I think. Don't forget the missing "f".
