- BuildRequire sudo as well to avoid directory conflicts
- add suggested changes in sudoers file (bnc#1103590)
- cleanup the help output of the plugin
- as newer zypper versions always require root rights to refresh
the repositories, add a working sudoers file right from the
beginning that allows to execute the needed zypper commands
- Update to 1.96
+ SLE-12-SP2 is deprecated
+ add SLE-15-SP1 and SLE-12-SP4 as supported
